Electric, Flexible and Efficient

The new Venus 3 Series machine brings many enhancements with both speed and repeatability. The range has clamp forces of up to 800 tonnes and injection speeds up to 500 mm/s. The Venus gives high-quality precision and can produce extremely thin-walled parts, the exemplary energy efficiency gives energy savings of up to 70 %.

 

The Venus 3 Series is available in clamping forces from 40 to 800 Tonnes.

 

PRECISE  INTELLIGENT INTERACTIVE
The tailor-made electrical servo drive systems, in combination with a new inverter generation, enables a high-performance and unique price/performance ratio. The 3rd technology generation of Zhafir is a system platform with intelligent and extremely fast adaptive software. The Venus Series has extremely open integration and connectivity with all common interfaces and seamless connection to industrial automation or any MES system.
