FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer specializing in Injection Moulding Machinery. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services for our clients injection moulding equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with our clients to ensure the optimal performance of their machinery.

Key Responsibilites: 

1. Installation and Commissioning: Install new injection moulding equipment at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration according to manufacturer guidelines.
2. Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues with injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and control systems.
3. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and parts replacement, to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
4. Repairs and Upgrades: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on injection moulding machinery, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers for replacement parts and upgrades.
5. Training: Conduct training sessions for client personnel on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures related to injection moulding equipment.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, parts inventory, and equipment history, using our internal systems.
7. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in injection moulding operations, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
