What types of Injection Moudling machines do you work with?
We work exclusively with Haitian and supply their Servo Hydraulic and Electric IMMs
what is your typical lead time for new machines?
Lead times vary depending on stock availability and options required. Typically, we can provide machines in between 2 – 24 weeks
what quality standards do you adhere to?
Our processes comply with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards to ensure the highest product quality.
how do you ensure the confidentiality of my information?
We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with our clients and follow strict data security protocols.
what is your customer support and communication process?
We are a fully dedicated UK team who manage all our UK based customers. We do this with the support of our colleagues in Germany and China.
How can I get a quote for my project?
You can contact us via our website or phone with your project specifications for a detailed quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Cash Payment terms are typically 30% deposit, 60% before delivery and 10% after commissioning. For Financed projects we accept a 20% deposit and 80% upon commissioning. and the balance upon completion.
