Veronica Edmunds is the Business Development Manager at Haitian UK / Premier Moulding Machinery Ltd. In this role, she is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities for the company’s range of Haitian and Zhafir plastic injection moulding solutions. Drawing on her expertise in business development and her understanding of the plastics industry, Veronica works closely with UK manufacturers to align machinery solutions with their operational and commercial objectives.
She plays a central role in promoting Haitian UK’s value proposition across the UK market, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Veronica’s proactive approach to client engagement and her ability to translate industry trends into actionable business strategies support Premier Moulding Machinery’s continued expansion and leadership within the plastics equipment sector.

Finance Manager
Tony Bates is the Group Accountant for Haitian UK / Premier Moulding Machinery Ltd, where he oversees the financial operations and reporting for the organisation. In his role, Tony is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, statutory reporting, and ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards. He works closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and operational performance.
With strong expertise in financial management within industrial and manufacturing environments, Tony plays an integral role in maintaining financial integrity, driving process efficiencies, and supporting sustainable business growth. Andrew Wardle
Regional Sales Manager – North
Andrew Wardle is a key contributor at Haitian UK / Premier Moulding Machinery Ltd, where he supports sales and business development for Haitian and Zhafir injection moulding equipment across the UK. Andrew brings significant industry expertise, underpinned by 20 years experience in technical sales and customer engagement within the plastics sector.
Before joining Haitian UK / PMM, Andrew developed strong commercial and technical credentials through his work selling hot runners, moulds and temperature controllers to moulders and plastics manufacturers, enabling optimized production performance. His background equips him with a deep understanding of injection moulding and customer requirements, enhancing his ability to match advanced machinery solutions to client needs.

Service Engineer

Kerri works closely with the Sales Managers to support the life cycle of the order from order processing, import, installation and commissioning.
Over 10 years’ experience in service delivery enables Kerri to provide the highest level of customer service whilst building lasting customer relationships.
Louise Rhodes-Finney
Customer Service Controller – Service Team
Louise is an experienced Technical Administrator with over 20 years in engineering-based office environments. Skilled in systems like Sage, Dataplate and Microsoft Office, she excels in order processing, supplier coordination, and cross-department communication. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Louise thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, she is a very valuable addition to our dynamic technical team.
Nicola Hulin
Financial Controller
Following a career in NHS Personnel, Nicola joined PMM in 2002. 24 years later she now performs a critical role as part of the financial control team for Premier Moulding Machinery.

Group Quality & Environmental Manager
Experienced Quality and Environmental Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Quality Management. Skilled in ISO management systems, leadership and management, business process improvement and data analysis.
Sheryl Brown
Group HR Manager
Sheryl oversees the HR function, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and employee wellbeing. She manages staff records, maternity and return-to-work processes, performance reviews and incentives. Sheryl delivers training for new starters, including product knowledge and health and safety.

Group HSE Manager
Jim leads our HSE team and has been fundamental in us achieving ISO45001.
